Father and son team John and Clive Bailye manage the mixture of owned land, FBT and contract farming arrangements over a diverse mixture of soil types alongside several diversification's including commercial grain stores from their 25,000t modern purpose built facility located within easy access of the A5, A38 and M6 toll roads.
Both HAAC educated, John and Clive have significantly expanded and streamlined their farming business over the last 20 years investing in and adopting new techniques and technology to maximize efficiency on both their own land and for their contract farming customers.
